If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). This page explains your rights and how to submit a request to Kristy Skippergosh Coaching.

Your Rights Under the CCPA/CPRA

As a California resident, you have the right to:

  1. Know / Access – Request that we disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, including sources, purposes, and categories of third parties to whom the data was disclosed.

  2. Delete – Request deletion of personal information we maintain about you, subject to certain exceptions.

  3. Correct – Request that we correct inaccurate personal information.

  4. Opt Out of Sale or Sharing – Request that we do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

  5. Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information – Request that we limit the use of your sensitive personal information to only what is necessary to perform the services or provide the goods you requested.

  6. Non-Discrimination – Exercise your rights without discrimination.

Authorized Agents

You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may require the agent to provide written proof of authorization and verify your identity directly with us.

Verification

We must verify your identity before processing your request. This may involve matching the information you provide with information we already have on file.

Timing of Response

We will respond to your request within 45 days. If more time is needed, we may extend our response time by an additional 45 days and will notify you.
