Who I Am
I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California and an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I’m dedicated to helping leaders transform their emotional intelligence and communication skills into strategic advantages. With a decade of experience across diverse mental health settings, I bring a unique perspective to coaching, combining the science of psychology with practical leadership strategies.
My Experience
Over the last decade, I’ve seen every side of human emotion— from hospital patients on ventilators who couldn’t speak, to C‑suite execs juggling mergers and midnight deadlines. Those high‑pressure moments sharpened my adaptability, honed my empathy, and taught me how to build real connection—even when words aren’t an option.
Today, I bring that frontline insight into every coaching conversation. Backed by evidence‑based strategies rooted in psychology, I help leaders like you turn stress into clarity, conflict into collaboration, and overwhelm into sustainable growth.
Why I Do This Work
Emotional intelligence is a game-changer for leaders, offering benefits that go beyond standard management skills. An article in the Harvard Business Review (2019) stated “71% of employers value emotional intelligence more than technical skills when evaluating candidates.” Leaders with higher emotional intelligence are better able to navigate complex dynamics, building stronger, more motivated teams. Who doesn’t want that?
As a leader, you carry additional stress and pressure, making resilience through higher emotional intelligence essential. More resilience means decisions are made thoughtfully and strategically, rather than impulsively. This also includes the stress of conflict resolution and the ability to manage conflict well. Effective leaders must be able to understand and address the root of disagreements, which leads to better outcomes.
As a therapist, I’ve witnessed many leaders struggle with these aspects due to a lack of emotional awareness and management skills. Recognizing this gap, I compiled the skills I’ve found to be most effective, dug through my textbooks and research to develop this individual coaching program to give leaders the skills they need to be top-performers. Far too many leaders fall short of what true leadership requires. This program is designed so that YOU can have what it takes to be comfortable and confident in your role as a leader!
My Mission
To equip high-achieving leaders with the emotional intelligence skills they were never taught—so they can master the art of being human in the workplace and lead with unshakable confidence.
Vision
A future where emotional intelligence is the norm—not the exception—in leadership. Where high performers stop bypassing their humanity, and start leading with clarity, regulation, and relational depth. Because being good at your job shouldn't come at the cost of being well.
